## Meal Prep week of 6-19-22 ### Sorry for no updates, I got COVID and stopped doing everything for a minute. ## Breakfast: Smoothie Blended yogurt (half sweetened), frozen berries, and soy milk. I stored it in the yogurt cups. ## Lunch: Stirfry I stir fried frozen vegetables with: soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, tomato paste, cornstarch ## Dinner 1: Cauliflower soup Blended (cooked together first) cauliflower, zucchini, onions, curry powder, vegetable broth ## Dinner 2: Nutritional yeast pasta Sub-recipe: Microwave nooch cheese sauce. Microwave 1:1 nutritional yeast and corn starch, twice as much water, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika for about a minute. ## Week in total: Tasty and easy, and cheaper than other weeks because of being largely vegetarian and not fresh.
