Meal Prep week of 05-08


Breakfast: Yogurt


Buy it at the store I'm not making fucking yogurt on my weekend


Lunch: Egg roll in a bowl


which I call a stirfry but white people gonna white in their recipes I guess. cabbage, ground meat, bean sprouts (which weren't in the recipe but belonged there), garlic, onion, carrot, scallion, stirfry that shit and put in a bowl for lunch. good with rice or good without if you want to disgrace my ancestors the same way i have.


Dinner: Spinach curry with tofu


It would have been saag, and delicious, if I had a blender. Spinach, spices, onions, garlic, extra firm tofu.
