Wok Care


You should season your wok by superheating it on a gas flame. Or you can be like me and not do that because you live in an apartment with an electric range.


Don't put that thing in the dishwasher.


If the wok rusts, soak in hot water and scrub with steel wool.


I regularly rub the wok down with oil. I don't know if I actually need to do this.
